Katarina Johnson-Thompson & BRITA

Olympic athlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson has created the Switch7 workout alongside Brita. Join us at Finsbury Park on Saturday the 29th of April from 11am – 12pm for the workout and get your hands on the new BRITA fill&go Active, a squeezable sports bottle which filters whilst you drink.

Katarina Johnson-Thompson is an English track and field athlete specialising in the heptathlon. She represented Great Britain in the heptathlon at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, finishing 15th, then finished fifth at the 2013 World Championships in Moscow and is the 2012 World Junior champion.

Stay hydrated!

38% of gym-goers reach for the water bottle only when they start to feel thirsty during a routine. It’s important to drink before and during a workout so that your body doesn’t overheat. Additionally, muscle is hydrophilic and dehydration means that it can’t grow properly, so you won’t see the best results! The squeezable BRITA fill&go Active is the best option for quickly hydrating every 10 minutes.

The Switch7 Workout

A workout created by Katarina and BRITA is to help you switch up your excersise regime and to challenge and optimize your workout in seven ways. Meet and train with one of the most exciting sports stars to emerge from the legacy of the 2012 Olympic games.
