The Charcoal Toothpaste Trend

Like everyone else on this planet, I’ve been searching my entire life for toothpaste that will consistently keep my teeth looking perfectly white. When I heard about Curaprox’s charcoal toothpaste, I thought it was another one of those charcoal fads, oh how I was wrong…

I came to the decision that it wasn’t a fad, because it works too well. I’ve been using their Black Is White paste for a couple of weeks now and I have come to the conclusion that I’ll need a lifetime supply. I had noticeably whiter teeth in under 2 weeks.

The Packaging

Dark and sleek or white and chic if you go for the White Is Black paste. It comes in a strong fancy black plastic tube with a screw off lid and appears more dominant than your usual toothpaste. It also comes with a brush featuring specially designed extra fine Curen filaments that are super gentle on teeth and ensure there’s no aggressive or eroding impact to teeth.

The Paste

It’s shiny, moody and it’s black. It uses active carbon to gently remove stains, unlike other products that contain abrasive particles and bleaching agents that are way too harsh to be putting in our mouths!

The glitzy blue tinge in the paste is the blue optical filter that helps to reduce yellow discoloration. And another incredible ingredient is Hydroxyapatite, a mineral form of calcium that expertly fills exposed holes in the surface of the teeth, adding to one hell of a pearly shine.
